I first connected with TechLit Africa through LinkedIn. I then had a meeting with Tyler, where we realized our aligning philosophies leading to collaborations with Tyler and Nelly over the next year. In the summer of 2022, I was invited to join the board and have been serving in that capacity since.

As a consultant and educator, I work with schools and organizations to expand and enhance engineering and making programs. I serve as a managing director at The MakersPlace where we serve thousands of students across 20+ schools and organizations in Accra, Ghana by building and consulting on makerspaces, curricula, teacher development programs, and more.

I am also the manager of the Robotics Lab at Princeton University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science, a cutting-edge facility with an aerial drone-flying space, mobile robot area with motion tracking, prototyping area, and advanced manufacturing. I received dual bachelor’s degrees from Fisk University (physics) and Vanderbilt University (mechanical engineering), where I received the Stein Stone Memorial Award, among other distinctions.
